Driver scanning, updating, and backup through Novait Driver Updater
Printer setup and driver installation
Computer and software troubleshooting
Network and connectivity troubleshooting
Remote technical assistance
On-site technical support (where available)

2. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

All information you provide is accurate and complete.
You own or are authorized to use the device requiring support.
You will cooperate during the troubleshooting process.
You will not misuse our software or services.

3. Service Requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate service.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any request.

4. Pricing & Membership

A paid membership may be required for full functionality of Novait Driver Updater. All charges will be communicated before work begins or before a subscription is activated. No hidden charges will be applied.

5. Remote Support

You understand that remote support requires your explicit permission. We will never access your device without your consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to resolve all technical issues, we cannot guarantee that every issue can be fixed. We are not responsible for:

Data loss
Hardware failure
Third-party software issues
Internet outages
Damage caused by malware existing before our support
